Mission Statement USG is a purchasing organization that provides its members with cost benefits not attainable individually.

Unified Strategies Group (USG) is the leading US purchasing cooperative servicing independently owned vending, office coffee, micro market and food service companies.

USG operates as a non-profit corporation, headquartered in Arlington Heights, IL. USG is member owned and governed by an elected board of directors. USG was formed in 2009 via the merger of Better Vendors Association and Vendors Purchasing Council. Vend Marketing Institute merged with USG in 2011.

Today USG consists of about 700 member companies operating in all 50 states, generating over $4 billion in annual revenue via 750,000 vending machines, 1,800 micro markets and over 1,000 client dining facilities.
