Who We Are

USG Co-op consists of over 4,000+ Vending and 2,000+ C-Store Companies with operations in all 50 US States. The Co-op has existed for over 50 years and is the result of a merger between Better Vendors Association - Chicago, IL and Vendors Purchasing Council - Pittsburgh, PA. Together we’ve created a powerful purchasing force for independent entrepreneurs in the Vending Industry.

The Co-op today generates over $6 billion in annual vending sales revenue via thru 1,000,000+ vending machines and over 14,000 micro markets servicing around 270,000 at work-place-locations. The Co-op is governed by 9 elected voluntary Board of Directors and assisted by three steering committees: Purchasing Committee, Communication Committee and the Nomination Committee.
